Two things this week: recurring theme insights are more useful during a live session, and participants finally have something to look at on the dashboard.

Recurring Themes

Recurring themes surfaces patterns from past retros, the topics your team keeps bumping into session after session. This week detection got smarter, and reading those insights no longer derails the retro you're in.

More accurate theme detection

Detection now compares themes using embeddings instead of matching keywords. Two themes that say the same thing in different words ("communication breakdowns" and "we don't talk to each other enough") get linked properly now. Fewer missed patterns, and fewer false positives to wade through.

View recurring theme details without leaving the session

When a theme is detected and the alert banner appears, "View Details" opens a modal right there in the session. It used to navigate off to the dashboard, which is a rough thing to do to a facilitator mid-retro. Check the theme history, close the modal, carry on.

Participants can see sessions they've joined

If you attend retrospectives but never create them, the dashboard was empty apart from a prompt to start your first session. It now lists every session you've taken part in, so you can revisit outcomes or chase up an action item without asking whoever ran it.
