What's New: From last time (Aug 19-21, 2026)
Two days, and one addition worth most of the post.
From last time
Start a new retrospective and the facilitator sees what the previous one left open. The block sits on the first stage and holds the previous session's name and date, up to three unresolved action items, a count if there are more, and a link to that session's history.
It appears when there is something to show. If the last completed session has no open actions, or the team has no completed session yet, the space stays empty rather than filling up with a recap nobody asked for. It is on the facilitator's screen only, and it goes once you move the room past the first stage. In-session Recall takes over from there.
This is the small version on purpose. No generated narrative, no health trends, no predictions about what the team should discuss. If the room agreed to do something and it is still open, that is the thing worth seeing before anyone starts typing new notes.
Every format has it, Lean Coffee included.
Lean Coffee's decision window
When a topic's time is up, the room gets a timed window to decide whether to keep going or move on. The clock runs, everyone can see how long is left, and the stage moves on when the window closes.
Smaller things
- The discussion board counts votes from the round the room actually voted in.
- Team settings changes reach everyone on the team as they happen, no refresh needed.
- Dismissing the resume-session prompt on your dashboard sticks across a reload.
- A topic's presenter shows the same name everywhere it appears.
The rest of these two days went into tests, tooling and the plumbing under data export and deletion. None of it is visible from the app, which is roughly the point.
