Three days, and most of them went into one thing: getting a session out of the app and in front of people who were not in the room.

A recap you can hand to anyone

Every finished session has a recap page. The facilitator creates a link from the session summary, and anyone who opens it sees the session as a read-only page: the summary, the themes the room landed on, and the action items that came out of it. No account, no sign-in.

That covers the people who missed the session, the manager who wants the outcome without the hour, and anyone you would otherwise have sent a screenshot to.

The link stays under your control. Copy it when you want to share it. Turn it off when you are done and the link stops working. The copy button confirms when the link is on your clipboard.

Team Insights has your numbers

The Insights view on your team dashboard reports on your actual sessions: participation, sentiment, and how both move from one retrospective to the next.

Upgrade prompts say what they mean

Click a format your plan does not include and you get the upgrade view for that format, naming the plan that unlocks it and that plan's price. If Pro unlocks it, it says Pro. Once you upgrade, the format is available immediately.

Recall says which way a theme moved

When Recall surfaces a theme from an earlier session, it also shows how the mood around that theme changed: a problem back then and positive now, or the reverse. It reports the shift and leaves the reading of it to the room.

During the session

• Discussion notes are there when you come back to the tab.
• Action items you capture while discussing an earlier stage's notes are filed against that stage.
• The Sailboat grouping board shows only the columns the current step is about, so Island notes stay out of the Wind and Anchor pass.
• The facilitator's next-stage control follows the format's own order, whatever shape the format has.
• The discussion stage gives its content more of the screen.
• Formatting in generated summaries and insights renders the way it was written.

Smaller things

• Quick join from the front page works the same way as every other route into a session.
• Your team profile stays saved once you have filled it in.
